Parish Society

St. Mary’s Parish Society provides leadership & coordination for the activities and the units of the society as it continues to carry out the
functions that come under its jurisdiction for St. Mary’s Parish.

All of St. Mary’s Parish households are placed into a Monthly Service Unit.  Volunteer phone callers make contact with each family unit when needed.

 Listed are some of the opportunities available to share your gifts of time and talent.

·   Funeral Unit: Prepare and serve the luncheon.  All members of the parish are contacted to contribute food.

·   Wedding Coordinators: Assist the bridal families with their plans for their wedding day. 

·   Sunday Social Hour: Provide for the social hour on Sunday mornings

·   Sewing Unit: Construct individual baptismal garments for the Baptismal program

·   Fall Festival:  Held the fourth Weekend of September.  Provide assistance and help with coordinating of event.

·   Grandma’s Spring  Attic:  Held the second week in May.  Provide assistance and help with coordinating.

·   Meals on Wheels:  Provide for the coordination of this ministry where our parishioners volunteer to distribute meals for a two week time period four times a year.
