   Building and Grounds/Cemetery Committee 

The mission of the Building andGrounds/Cemetery Committee 
is to maintain and oversee the physical properties of the
Church of St. Mary in Willmar. Their duties include:

• Develop a long range plan for the physical properties and review the plan annually.
• To make periodic maintenance evaluations of all parish property.
• Submit recommendations to the Parish Administrative
  Council for major repairs and/or changes to the
  property so that it can be put into the yearly budget.
• Prioritize the repairs and needs of the property and
  provide rational for it.
• Oversee the Church of St. Mary’s cemetery and establish
  and implement the guidelines for it.

 The committee meets at least eight times a year and consists of a minimum of nine members.

The Church of St. Mary’s Cemetery is located on 15th Street S.W. in Willmar, MN.
