Church of St. Mary Administrative Council

The Parish Administrative Council is a consultative body that advises the pastoral leader and staff of the parish.
It meets monthly, but not during the summer months, to advise the pastor on parochial matters and to help oversee the financial
needs of the parish and the preparation of an annual budget. The pastor appoints members to this council and they can serve multiple terms of 3 years.

The Parish Administrative Council oversees the following committees of the parish and receives regular written reports from them:

                   *Social Concerns
                   *Parish Society
                   *Youth Council
                   *Hispanic Ministry
                   *Personnel
                   *Stewardship
